How can I place an order?

While browsing our collection, click 'Buy It Now’ on the item/s or product/s you wish to buy or select. You need to re-confirm your order in the next page. Then, just enter your shipping address and payment information, and you’re done. If you need any assistance, do not hesitate reaching us over call or email.

How will I get my order?

Your order would be delivered at your doorstep.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

On successful placement of each order, we will send you an email and SMS confirmation with the order details. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.

Do you take orders over phone?

We can help and guide you to place an order through your account. We do not take orders over call.

I tried placing an order using my debit/credit card/Net Banking.The order was not successful, but my money got deducted. What about my money?

Please check with your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. However, If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 4-7 working days of your request.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Lookspop Credits deducted from my Account?

In case your order is not successful and Lookspop Credits has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund of credits within 3 days

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order successfully placed, we will send you an email and sms confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, we will again send you an email and sms with your order details. In case of any unusual event, you would receive a special update from our end.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order online, before the order is dispatched. In case your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Lookspop Credits used in the purchase of the order will be credited back to your wallet. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product despite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 100 will be charged on the refund amount.

Lookspop reserves the right to cancel any order successfully placed, in case of any internal issues.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

You may receive a confirmation call for your order to verify the details of your order.

Can I place bulk orders for item(s)?

Do you allow exchange?

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately you can’t. However, you can place another order.
